Q:  "What about product substitution?"

A:  We will not substitute any item with out customers approval first. We aim to please our customers.
 

Q:  "What if the product arrives damaged?"

A:  When you receive your package(s), inspect them for damage. If the package appears to have been mishandled, and your merchandise is damaged, file a claim with the shipper (UPS or Postal Service) immediately also contact our customer service department we will help to get the issue resolved quickly. If you receive damage goods in undamaged packaging, we will take care of the problem. In either case, let us know immediately so that we can help resolve the situation.
 

Q:  "What about product guarantee?"

A:  Every product you buy from this site must be free of defects or you may return it within 30 days from the date of the shipment of your order for replacement or refund*. You should notify us immediately so that your guarantee does not become void. Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value. Note (*) shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.
 

Q:  "How quick does product ship?"

A:  We ship our orders within 2-3 business days, weekends or holidays not included.
 

Q:  "Why don't the pictures look as good using America Online?"

A:  AOL, to improve download time, does not send the full picture image.  You can improve things somewhat by changing your AOL WWW Preferences to "Uncompressed Images".  For best results use Internet Explorer or Netscape as your Browser Software (which can be used with AOL).
 

Q:  "My 'Tell a Friend' does not work?"

A:  If you use Netscape as your Browser, you must have mail enabled within the Netscape Browser.  You can not use Netscape as the Browser and a non-Netscape Email program, they don't talk to each other.
